2027-28 Academic Term

*Per person, 12 installments for a standard term of August 21, 2027 to July 20, 2028. Includes furnishings, in-unit laundry, high-speed internet, community amenities. Front-door trash pickup fee required with each installment. Annual $200 administrative fee and $30 application fee required. Immediate Move-In

*Per person, per installment for a fixed term beginning on the selected start date and end date. Move-in date will generally be set to the 1^st or 15^th of the month, or the next business day if the 1^st or 15^th is a weekend or holiday. Whole number of installments required as specified in the Housing Agreement (e.g., 7 installments for a start date in January 2025); reduced first installment for immediate move-in on the 15^th of a month.
